As a child, I struggled with mild obesity and pre-diabetes, so I understand the struggle to make a change and enthusiasm needed to get the spirit going. Needless to say, I have the patience of a saint. I provide my clients with links to nutrition articles that I find useful whenever asked! I can answer all your fitness questions to the best of my abilities and will research the heck out of those that I cannot.
** It is encouraged that I push for a healthy workout frequency of at least 2x/week.
After all, consistency breeds success.
** Please note the 24-hour cancelation policy and reschedule policy.
(same day rescheduling is allowed but must be notified at least 2hrs before session otherwise, it will result in the loss of the session.)
** The first session is always FREE -- it's to assess how you move, discuss any injuries, take measurements/pictures, and write down goals -- It's basically to see where you're at and if this is a good fit.
